Lupa Masa Beach and Homestay

Lupa Masa Beach is the sister project of Lupa Masa Rainforest but with a difference: Lupa Masa Beach is run and organised by the small local Rungus tribal community who benefit directly from guests visits. A small conservation fee of 15 myr per person is requested as one time payment in addition to the standard costs - this fee helps pay the salaries of the honoury turtle and coral wardens in the work which is part of the Kudat Turtle Conservation Society (KKTCS).
